The strategy was threefold:

  1. To produce an accurate at-a-glance information pack for all employees for immediate reference.
  2. To create lunchtime live presentations at the headquarters including Q&A opportunities by senior management on topics of vital interest and videoed to important regional offices around the world.
  3. ‘Big Future’ Poster Campaign. This campaign based on the facts of the merger reinforced the strengths and values of the new company. Produced within four weeks, it ran in six languages and was used in company offices on five continents.
